iPhone X how to transfer a huge file from iPhone to Mac?

I know how to transfer but the file size is really huge that I can not use airdrop and other options. I shot 4k video for 1 hour btw.

Is there any way to transfer this file to mac?

I have shot video with my iPhone before. I upload it to my Google drive which offers 15GB of free space. Then once it is uploaded to my Google drive, I download it onto my mac.

I use iTunes app transfer to transfer a huge file to VLC and use the same process to copy the file back to my iMac.
