Hi all,

I thought I did this right. I have everything on my 4s including Apps. However, none of my apps have any of their data. When I open them the start as if they were new games, etc.

HOW DO I FIX THIS:eek::eek::eek:

I still have my 3G with everything on it so please give me the best solution!

Thanks!!:apple:

Plug in the old iPhone and right-click the little phone icon and select "back up," just to be 100% sure it's backed up.

Then eject it and plug in the 4S. Click 'Restore' again and restore it from the backup.

Something must've gone wrong the first time.

Yeah, it should have taken 3 or 4 hours. It's apparently not even starting.

Maybe try restarting your computer and re-downloading and re-installing iTunes?

I should say, I have no music, video, or appreciable amount of photos on my old phone. It crashed a while back and I didn't add them back in anticipation. Just games on it.

Will that shorten the time?
