iOS How to transfer apps

Hello,

I have just finished a recent app and I was wondering how can i transfer it without having to pay the $99

I remember when 1st inserting my iPhone it asked me if i want to use it as developing iPhone then it allowed me to browse for apps but now i can't find that window.

Any help? Thanks

If you're using your Dad's credit card, your Dad will be the one responsible for agreeing to the contract and all the responsibilities (tax implications, etc.) that go along with it. You'd better make sure he's okay with that.
