When I am out I always add new contacts on my phone when I meet new clients etc. My iMac has a different set of contacts contained in Address Book.

When I sync, it wipes out my contacts on my iPhone and replaces them with those on iMAc.

I want to keep them synced with same contacts, is there a way to do this without typing the new ones on iMac that I added on my iPhone? Software to sync these two databases??

Thanks!

syncing through itunes should accomplish this unless you have the advanced option of "replace information on this phone".

you could also use mobile me. and it would push any changes from either device to the other.

thanks Kram, it always ends up replacing the ones on my phone with the old ones on my imac. guess i need to check the setting again when i sync.

sorry i can't be of more help. do you have everything backed up? if so, try deleting you entire address book on your computer and then sync. see what happens.
