How to transfer music from Ipod Touch to new Mac Mini??

Hi all,

How do I transfer all of my music from my Ipod Touch to my New Mac Mini. I am running OS 10.6.7

I tried tinker tool, but no luck there, unless I am doing something wrong.

Is TinkerTool even made for this?
If you meant this trick, then there is no need for TinkerTool, as you can enable "show hidden files" via Terminal, but that would only work with an iPod usable as disk drive, and the iPod touch does not have that feature, thus exPod (linked above) is enough.

you have to enable disc use from the computer you used to put the music on it. then when you plug it into the new mini it will read it as a storage device

That does not work with iPod touches.

Thanks. Tinkertool has now evolved into Detune. I selected all my music, and dragged it into my 'Home' folder, then let itunes find it. All is good.

Tinkertool has now evolved into Detune.

FYI "Tinkertool" doesn't have anything to do with DeTune. DeTune replaces the older application expod.
