I hate using itunes to manage my large CDs which was converted to apple lossless and transferred to my ipod via transpod.

However, I been purchasing itunes albums and songs recently. I found out that the songs on my pc itunes library are only in some low resolution m4a files? I hope there is a way i can sync them (lossless) to my ipod!

You can transfer your songs without affecting their quality - so that's "lossless" in a way. However you CAN'T improve the resolution to real Apple lossless files on bought iTunes files in any other way than buying/getting files from the real CD and get better quality that way.
