How to turn 3G on/off from 3.1 firmware??

Hi All
I have yesterday upgraded to 3.1 with jailbreak, in the previous firmware i could turn 3G on/off under network in general. But after moving to 3.1 firmware there is no option to turn on or off under network.

Is something wrong with my iphone or is it how 3.1 firmware is??

On non JB phone running OS 3.1, the option still exists under: settings; general; network; enable 3G...

is your iphone 3g or 3gs? cause mine is 3GS and there is no off on under network. Anyone else having same as me?
