How to turn back on 'frequently visited sites' in Safari?

I turned it off but now can't find an option to re-enable this feature. How to do this?

Just right-click on the new tab screen and select "Show Frequently Visited Sites".

Menu bar > Bookmarks > Show Frequently Visited in Favourites

For the future: each app has a help menu with a search bar that can really help you along with questions like this one. You should try it!
