This is my first new thread, asking MacRumors.

I play some games that require doing multi-finger actions, which conflicts with iPad multitasking gestures.

Prior to iPadOS 15, I can just turn multitasking gestures off by:
> Settings - Home Screen & Dock - Multitasking - Gestures, and turn these off.

Options are now nowhere to be found on iPadOS 15. I can still type “Gestures” in search box and it appears in the search list, but I just cannot click it open. Also, not present in [Home Screen & Dock] column:

I guess restoring from a backup with older iPadOS version can solve the problem, but unfortunately I don’t have one.

Do you have any suggestions? Thanks a lot for help.

Two more things to add:
- Guided Access works, but I play games very often, so having to double click Power button every time is somewhat inconvenient, also I really don’t want that button fail too fast?
- It seems Siri can’t do that.
