how to turn my holiday photos into flash slideshow?

After Christmas and New year's Day, many friends and I have took lots of photos.
How about share them with friends?
Create flash slideshow and share it online maybe the best way.
But how to turn my photos into flash slideshow? I don't know flash skills.
Are there any small tool very easy-to-use?

Yes - I also suggest the Photoshop version of it. It's very easy to do.
