how to turn off iCloud?

Sign out of iCloud using the iCloud preference pane:hi,
i have a problem with saving my pictures to my HD,everytime i want to save it to my HD iCloud is between the proces, how can i turn off iCloud ?

>System Preferences...>iCloud>click the "Sign Out" button in the lower left of the iCloud preference window

Just untick Photos in the iCloud preference pane...even easier than signing out of iCloud altogether...
