iPhone How to turn off memoji stickers?

Does anyone know how to turn of those annoying memoji stickers from emoji keyboard? I'm not using them.

Yeah that’s not the case. I want to remove them from emoji keyboard.

I understand that swiping them to the left is supposed to hide them until you swipe to access them again, however they persistently show up as the first thing when I switch to emoji keyboard. Anyone else dealing with this issue? I will never be using them, I have swiped them off the screen AND I have disabled the memoji stickers app. Go back to the keyboard and switch to emojis and there are the memoji stickers, front and centre. It's incredibly annoying for someone who will never use these. Thoughts?

That's right. Never. I'm glad you enjoy them and see a usage case for them, but I don't. And even if you'd be sending me one every day, I'd still want them off my keyboard. Did you have any useful feedback?

I'm using these in place of emojis now. Kinda stupid, but they're fun. I can see what you mean about wanting to remove them though. That was what I wanted to do at first too.

Remove from the favourites, disable the toggle, they come right back, I’ve given Apple feedback as I guess its a bug that you cant turn them off...

I find that I don't need to remove them. Once your personal Memoji stickers are visible, tapping on the "recent" icon (clock) focuses the emoji list on the recent category. Afterwards every time I open the emoji list it starts from that category, leaving the Memoji outside of the screen.
