I was just curios. I called Apple. They told me where it is.

On iOS 10:

Settings - General - Accessibility - Display Accommodations - Limit Frame Rate

This isn't the same thing though...?

Limit Frame Rate
If you have an iPad Pro (10.5-inch) or iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2nd generation), you can set the maximum frame rate of your display to 60 frames per second. Go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Display Accommodations and turn on Limit Frame Rate.

This is an example of the disjointed mess that iOS is becoming.

Advertise a new feature: ProMotion
Setting to disable that feature: "Limit Frame Rate" ...because having a "Use ProMotion" checkbox would be too confusing.

And what is Apple implying about people who want to disable it by placing it under "Accessibility"?

Yeah, I was wondering why is this option in Accessibility too.

As a person with known cases of motion sickness from electronic devices, ProMotion made it better for me actually! (And this is why I sold off my 1st Gen quickly to prepare for the Gen 2 despite knowing that I will incur losses)

Like how in iOS 11 apple notes to change the page style, you go to the share sheet? Of all places? Face palm
