How to turn off this message on task switcher

Doesn't seem like there's much of a straightforward way to do it in iOS 10 now, although there are a few things you can potentially try, as discussed at https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/how-do-i-disable-suggested-apps-based-on-location.1994181/
I lijke time or event based suggestions. For example, when I connect my Zik3 to the iPhone, it suggests that I launch the Zik App.
But Location Based suggestions are annoying.
@OP Try clearing Recent/Frequent Locations in Privacy->Location. They may not be recent, but could be the cause.

Weird because when I installed iOS 10, I had Siri suggestions off and I wasn't getting app suggestions and I was confused. Then I turned it on and BAM, app suggestions started to appear.
