iPad How to turn on screen only during a specified timespan (Kiosk mode)?

Hi, I’d like to setup my old iPad 4 as a weather station, where it always displays the following app: https://apps.apple.com/nl/app/weather-station-barometer-app/id973288033

This app works fine on it and I’ve set the iPad never to lock the screen / go to sleep.

However, I don’t want the screen to be on 24/7, but rather between 7-9AM and 6-12PM in weekdays, and between 9AM-1AM in weekends.
I can’t find any info about such thing and don’t know what this is called in English.


So: Is there some sort of jailbreak tweak, or “kiosk mode”, which allows to auto turn on the screen during those times and turn it off outside them?

If you set Screen time restriction for this app would it work? I have not tested this. I am only shooting in the dark.

Screen time was added in iOS 12. The iPad 4 can only go up to iOS 10.
