How to turning off the vibration when locking screen in iOS 10 beta 3?

Has nothing to do with 3D Touch. It's for devices with the new Taptic Engine. (Because it can do a lot more varied feedback than the old vibration motor.)
Yes, but the Taptic Engine is not 3D Touch. The Taptic Engine is only there to improve the feedback they can give for the use WITH 3D Touch. So saying or asking if the feedback when locking is a 3D Touch thing is not correct. It's 100% the Taptic Engine.
I didn't mean it as it being related to 3D Touch per se, just to devices that support it, generally mianly in relation to them having the new Taptic Engine, as you mentioned (just referred to that group of devices in a slightly different way).
Hopefully they include a separate switch for this. I want my phone to vibrate, but it's confusing because I keep thinking I received a notification just as I'm turning off my phone.

1. I think that will save some power to make my iPhone lasts longer.

This method also works. The trade off is losing the sound of locking, but give back the phone ringing vibration.
I'm not sure how a lock vibration (or perhaps even sound for some) is somehow useful to someone that doesn't care about it or want it.
Right? Saving battery by turning off a tiny vibration when you lock the phone is the silliest thing I've ever heard.

Let's be honest, it's more about not liking change and new things, which is fine but let's not pretend this change is going to affect battery life.
It is too heavy to judge people like "not liking change and new things", especially who is now using a beta software. You are too far away on your point to say so.
