How to unlock Iphone in Asia?

Sorry if this question was asked again, but I was wondering how to unlock the Iphone in Asia - Hong Kong, if anyone lives there, since I heard so many friends unlocking it, apart from the kind of softwares, where could you go to unlock it?

What version of phone is it? If it is 1.1.2 or lower (out of the box) and you have NOT upgraded it to 1.1.3, then you can take it to the Wan Chai Computer Centre or Mong Kong Computer Mall or Sham Shui Po and buy a turbosim / anysim chip.
