I notice on my 3g, the carrier settings were update to 3.1. But since I'm using my 2g the carrrier settings hasn't updated. Is there a way that I can get it to update?

How to update AT&T carrier settings

Its probably only updating the 3G as the settings are probably updating towers. I doubt AT&T are building any more 2G towers. Therefore the 2G doesn't need updating.
Thnx, too bad my 3g's glass cracked bad. And I feel like paying $250 for a replacement, I rather wait until June to see if a new iPhone comes out.
