How to upgrade 12.1.3 to 12.4

Nope, 12.4 is no longer being signed. You’re only able to update to 13.1.3.

Saad, Okay Thanks Freakonomics101, Version 13 is still not stable i think. That's why i'm asking if 12.4 are still okay.
