How to upgrade from 1.0.2 to 1.1.1 and activate/jailbreak it?

I have a 1.0.2 iPhone that I'd like to upgrade to 1.1.1 and then activate/jailbreak it. Can someone pass along the link to the easiest and fastest way to do this? I already have it unlocked using iphonesimfree and I assume that this unlock will remain.
