I have a 2007 iMac (2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 1GB RAM, 320GB hard disk) which I upgraded to 2GB RAM. I'm down to 70GB free disk space. Is it easy and possible to upgrade the hard disk to something larger (> 500GB)? Is it worth it to upgrade my RAM to 4GB?

Thanks.

Easy? No. Possible? Yes.

Do a Google search for a guide and you can judge whether it's worth it or whether you'd rather just use an external drive!

When the process involves using suction cups to remove a glass panel, one would generally steer well clear of the process unless you are furthering the cause of journalism or know EXACTLY what you're doing. ;)
