How to use Dell 3007 as a TV without PC or Mac. I want to use it with set top box from Verizon, any idea how I can do it?

Do you think it will work with just an adapter DVI to HDMI ???

any advise will be helpful

You are looking for a external tv tuner.I don't know how well they work but its a start for you.
