Bought a sata box for using macbook 750gb hdd as external drive.

Problem is disk has both win7 and mac os but drive is showing only win7 partition

Cant even format the disk as only win7 partition (100gb) will be formated

How to get whole 750g?

Go to the erase tab in Disk Utility and select the disk/enclosure itself at the top like in my screenshot then erase the entire disk to Mac OS Extended (Journaled). That should set it back to one large Mac formatted disk.

Weaselboy gave you the answer above. Start disk utility, select the disk, click erase, choose ExFat and voila — you have a disk that can be read both by Windows and OS X.
