turn on screen sharing in vnc preferences. then create a new connection in mocha vnc using the ip address of your mac (as shown in the sharing preferences). turn on the mac os x server setting in the new connection at the bottom as well. you'll have to be on the same wifi network for this to work. altho it does work over the internet too but you will have to set up other stuff too if you want to do that.

Yea, even I found it a little confusing. Anyway, go to the system preferences on your mac and find the sharing folder icon, click on it. Then enable screen sharing by checking it. Click computer settings and create a password. Next note the ip address (ignore the "vnx://" part) and write down the four numbers i.e. 10.0.1.1 or whatever.

Now you're ready to configure Mocha VNC Lite. Open the app and go to menu. Form there, choose edit connections and choose a "not used" entry. Type in the ip address, just four plain numbers separated by a period (.). Type in the VNC password, keep the port number as is (5900 for mac/pc, 5901 for UNIX). Turn the Mac OS X Server ON. Then touch the connect button.
