How to use newer iCloud backup on older software (9.2)

hey guys if I have an iCloud restore on 9.3 how would I use that iCloud backup on 9.2? I know I saw once that I could change a file and make it happen. Thanks

Your best shot would likely be to download the 9.2 installer and use it to "update" to it from iTunes, that way whatever you have on your phone would remain on it.

You will have to download the correct IPSW, connect to iTunes, and select the downloaded file.
