I've just updated my MacBook pro, to a model with touchbar, but I can't work out for the life of me how step through code in the debugger? I no longer have the F6/F7/F8 keys on my keyboard, and the touchbar doesn't seem to provide touch versions of the keys for stepping over/into/out.

What do you guys do?

So there is no way to use add step functions to touch bar while debugging, other than setting it to show function keys while using xcode? I was hoping to find some customization, so I could add these, while retaining other stuff they have added which is useful.

I haven't used it myself with Xcode but BetterTouchTool lets you customize the touchbar to your liking. You might check it out. It has a trial period so you can try it to see if it fits your needs.
