So, I've tried everything. I even upgraded my Yahoo account to the Yahoo mail plus account for $20. I deleted my yahoo account on my iPhone and rebooted, and re-added it. It does in fact have the IMAP prefix and sure enough the Push works well.

It sends, receives, etc.

BUT, it doesn't show anything other than an inbox. When I first add it, it shows them once, but they quickly disappear and show just the inbox.

What do I need to do to keep the rest of the folders there, not just the first time I setup the account?

It seems that after adding the prefix, the folders then disappear, if you take away the prefix, then they will re-appear. Not sure of a fix around this, and not sure as if the push will still work with\without the prefix. I have tryed both ways, and when my phone is in standby for a while, nothing happens. But thats some info to your problem.
