How to verify that I'm safe from the malware that effected some JB users?

I'm a little late have been jailbroken but out of the game for awhile. So I know there are some apps you can get via Cydia that automatically check for you but the sources were dead and returned errors.

So what's the easiest way to check, from what I'm reading look in Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries and search for sfbase.dylib is that all? Any other way to check or things to look out for?
