Apple uses a special streaming protocol which only works on Safari and Apple devices. So your advice is a total crap !!

The last keynote could be viewed in Windows 10 through Edge, Firefox, Chrome, or even Twitter. It stands to reason next week's will be the same.

I checked the VLC option also, the VLC player that I have downloaded which is what this video is saying it does not have the stream option. It has something called as MRL where you paste the link but even that seems to be not working.
