I have several movies and tv shows that I bought that show up in the Apple TV library both in the app on all my devices and in the Apple TV itself.

I imported two MP4 movies into my iMac Apple TV App Library (they run fine on my iMac), but I cannot see them in the library in the app on any other device or in the Apple TV library.

Home Sharing is turned on.

How can I get this to work?

Thanks!

Where did you get the mp4 movies? What version of the codec are you using (Media Info can help here):

I have since found out that this issue is being caused by Norton 360 running on my iMac.

Norton has had a ton of issues with Big Sur, among them limiting wireless speed (like from 480 Mbps down to 80 Mbps), blocking emails with attachments sent via OutLook, blocking FaceTime, and now some issue with sharing (imported) videos via Home Sharing.

If I turn off Norton's Vulnerability Protection, Home Sharing of imported videos works fine.
