so, i've encountered weird downloading issues with the TV app on my 2016 MacBook Pro running Big Sur 11.1. on a whim, i decided to try things out by creating another user account on the computer and low and behold, the problem goes away. i've tried deauthorizing the computer and reauthorizing, and signing out of my apple ID in the TV app, but those don't fix the problem.
so, what i'd like to do is some sort of "nuclear reset" of the TV app preferences/settings for my user account. does anyone know how to properly do this (by digging into the Library, i assume)? i'm hoping that if i force all these files to recreate themselves, the problem will be fixed. i obviously don't feel like transferring my entire directory and everything else to a new user on the computer.
