iOS how to work with .xib

i want to use a mainWindow.xib but i can use because i can't assign my appdelegate to .xib file
how can use it?

my app is a register form that is large and use scroll. in first i use a database for check registration , if registered go to login view and if not go to register form. my register form its work on seperate project but don't work in my app. in fact work my function and task but don't show my view.
