Macbook Air (Late 2015) 8GB upgraded RAM
macOS Sierra 10.12.1
Some points to keep in mind:
1. I do not, and never will have, a DVD drive (or external).
2. I will never downgrade macOS Sierra
3. I will never run a Virtual Machine
4. I will never run a Virtual Machine
5. I will never run a Virtual Machine
6. I have taken my ISO copy of Windows 7 and am endeavoring to put it on a USB that I own (8 GB)
7. I am prepared to run Boot Camp 5.X for my installed copy of Windows 7 (all other drivers will be manually downloaded)
8. I do not want to EVER upgrade to Windows 10
9. Windows 10 is the DEVIL, do NOT convince me to upgrade, you will be wasting your time and mine by doing so
10. Do not come here and tell me that "Apple does not support Windows 7 on BCA" --- I don't care what the official policy is and your stating of obvious facts does not help me or you in any way. It just inflates your post count with meaningless drivel.
11. I know about the EFI difference in newer models. This is why I'm here. To work around that limitation.
12. Is there a way to use "dd" to mount the ISO and run it on a FAT partition created in Sierra while holding down the option(alt) button?

PS: I know about "davidcie" workaround. That's an absolute nightmare to manage. There must be an easier solution. That's what I'm here fore.
