How will banner alerts work on iPhone X?

Never thought about this until today, I don’t believe Apple ever showed them during the keynote. They obviously have to be below the notch, but then they would block a lot of content and look strange.

Hmm, don't notifications already block content as is? The iPhone X screen is longer than the 8 and 8 Plus, so this is one screen comparison area where the X may have an edge over the 8 Plus.

Is this something that can be tested in Xcode?

I asked on the forums about this a while ago. Someone told me in Xcode that the notifications just drop a little lower to clear the notch.
