Just wondering, will the apple tablet use the app store like the iPhone to install software? Or will it be like a computer where you can install software from different sources? Any thoughts?

I think it probably depends on whether it has runs on a cell network, because wasn't one of Apple's reasons for locking down the iPhone so much was to prevent apps from affecting the network?

I'm not sure, but it would make sense that it uses the same model as the iPhone; considering its rumoured that Apple have been testing iPhone apps running on the device.

So, I would guess: App Store.

My vote is either 3.5" floppies, or HD DVDs.

Seriously, you'll know in 24 hours' time, is it really that hard to wait?

You'll buy a magazine, and it will have pages and pages of code that you have to enter, to achieve a working app.

My guess: just like the iPhone. But I'm not putting any money on that guess.

I'm 50% sure it will be identical to the iPhone OS, give or take 50% of course. Lol, I believe it will use the same App Store as the iPhone, or possibly have it's own section in the App Store for "Tablet ready" apps.
