You can't convert an executable file to a dmg. An exe is a Windows application, so it won't install on OS X or run natively. Similarly you can't convert a dmg to an exe, as a Mac application won't run on Windows natively. Which application is it? There may well be a Mac equivalent version.

As suggested above, the only option you have if you don't have a Mac version of the app is to run it virtually. This can either be achieved by installing the application into a Windows virtual machine, or installing through Wine. For installing through Wine, Crossover makes the process a little easier, as Wineskin/cider wrapping can be a bit daunting if you don't have prior experience. I have done this with one application, a stand-alone Windows .exe that is used to configure my router with a GUI. The .exe is 1.5MB, and the resulting .app bundle is ~500MB, as it contains everything needed to run under OS X. Beats the heck out of firing up a VM just to work with the router.

Well Do You Know How To Convert .bsa To A Disk Image

Isn't that a game file? Skyrim, etc?
You could just copy that to a convenient storage drive.
Why would you need a game data file in a disk image, when you can use it as it is, as a simple file that you could copy anywhere?
I suppose it would still need Windows for whatever game you have, so it's really the same answer as your other question: wine, Crossover, etc.

Oh That Explains Why I Couldnt find The Save Files For Skyrim Thank You DeltaMac But I Extracted The .exe File of Skyrim With UniExtract And Now i'm Creating A .app Folder For Skyrim
