How's the speed of iOS5 on the iphone 4?

debating if i should upgrade my iphone 4 to iOS 5. Just want to make sure that iOS 5 doesn't slow down the iphone 4 like iOS 4 did to the 3G. thanks.

I notice that the camera application opens up and is ready to take a photo much quicker now.
