Ill periodically update mine with screenshots to this thread. 80-40 approx method used and always off charge.

My initial 'distrust' was a reaction to others in the thread wondering if the high reported TBW resulted from bugged tools.
No worries. I am just curious since the OP also does not trust the SMART data being read in the other thread. This app reports two batteries. That's clearly broken.

Who said I trust the app? I use it as well as smartmon occasionally solely for entertainment purposes.
In any case, I don’t recall complaining about premature wear on my device or worst still losing sleep over it like the other thread that you’re an active participant in.

m1 macbook pro here. My battery health was 100-102 percent for the last 3 months, until it immediately went down to 96 to 98 percent. Interestingly, mac os battery health still says 100 percent. Not sure but my theory is its battery health management doing it's thing, which you can't disable on apple silicon some i'm stuck with it if that's the case.
