I upgraded to Mac OS Sierra and now I can not read the DVD that came with the printer or find a downloadable driver on HP's website to get the printer working on Mac OS Sierra. Any suggestions? I do have a Windows partition and I can print from Windows, but I want to print on the Mac OS side as that is where I am 98% of the time. Windows partition is just for one flight simulation program I use once in awhile.

It's the wireless printer that we use to print from all our iPad's too. It's working for them but not for printing on the Mac OS side.

Any ideas?

That printer doesn't have drivers at the HP support site. The set of drivers for HP printers that is available for download from Apple should work. Install that download, then add your printer. Your printer (the Deskjet 305xA J611 series) is part of that install.

DeltaMac,

Thanks that fixed it, at least it works now when I have the printer plugged into the usb port. I don't print often but needed it on the Mac OS side when I do.

Thanks!
