HP laptop with 12 GB RAM

Hi all
I was planing to buy a laptop
((HP Envy TouchSmart))
So I search the YouTube but I saw some
videos telling it has 8 GB RAM
and others videos 12 GB RAM
so any one know how much is the RAM ?
Because the 4 GB
makes a different special in AutoCad

It will depend on the 'exact' model identifier of the Touchsmart laptop. There is more than 1 variant.

Depends on the model. I think you can customise the RAM if you buy it through their site.
