Ok guys, need some advice.

Found a really good deal: a one month old black HTC One M7 32GB for 250€ (same price every M7 is going for second hand, but this one is just one month old, like new).

I have a SGS3 for those of you that don't know.

I really don't want to spend 600€ on a phone again, so I'm looking at good deals on the second hand market.

Has to be a good and worthy upgrade from my SGS3.

What I like about the upgrade to M7: great design and build quality, bright super LCD 1080P display (don't want another AMOLED display), 2GB RAM (really need those 2GB RAM), BlinkFeed, Snapdragon 600, good XDA community, Google Edition rom option, great speakers, OIS, Sense, very fast and fluid, 32GB, etc.

Things I don't like: obviously the camera (probably worst than the S3), just 2300 battery, back button on the left (on the right on the S3, which i like), weird button placement, etc.

What do you guys think? I use the camera a lot (but mainly for 1080P videos).

What other cheap phones would you guys recommend? SGS4 and Moto X are nice, but I really want an IPS or LCD display instead of another AMOLED one.

G2 is also an option (but more expensive: 330€), but has the autofocus problem.

EDIT: Found another interesting deal. A 16GB Moto X for 195€.

Not sure about the conversion to dollars and stuff, but the One M7 was a pretty good device, though I liked both the Moto X and Nexus 5 better. How much is the Nexus 5 where you are? That may be the way to go, though the Moto X at the price you gave is also very interesting.

Where did you find a moto x for €195

€250 for the M7 is good especially considering M7 gets the new Sense 6 software. It was always a fast phone, Sense 6 should make it faster...

It is against the rules for me to post a for sale deal in this part of the forums. That said, I may have something that interests you if you want to PM me.

It's not a bad deal price wise but you can hustle and find newer phones for almost the same price.

It's on eBay.

Problem is it's only 16GB (and I need more).

Right now I'm leaning towards the M7 more, but still not sure if it's a big enough upgrade.

Watched a YouTube video last night about the Sense 6 update and it's super fast.

What newer phones were you thinking about?

The best deal would be a G2 I think (they are going for 320€ on eBay).

I had the Nexus 5 and returned it due to several reasons: weak speaker, weak vibration (both worst than my SGS3) and mainly the audio bug when recording videos (still haven't been fixed in 4.4.3). Also because of average battery life, although I know the M7 is mostly the same.
