How can I make highly adaptible HTML/CSS templates so that all I have to do for a new page is put the content in using basic HTML, possibly even WYSIWYG (without problems or using it). Many websites have temlates that you can choose. Many people use them. Most of the time they work flawlessly. So how can I make technically similar web templates so that once I have a template I can concentrate on the content. And every year or so I can update the whole template. Maybe I can even sell my templates to companies over here wh are ready to pay hard cold cash (as far as I know).

You need a CMS to do somthing like this, such as a blog engine, I recommend either Drupal or Textpattern
You don't technically need a Content Management System to do this, but it would be easier. With the CMS you could change the navigation and add dynamic modules very easily. I personally like Joomla.

If you don't want to use a CMS, you could use a series of HTML pages with CSS. When you want to change the look of the site, just change the CSS file.

I heard Dreamweaver and Contribute are a good way to handle this. I've never used Contribute, though.
