when i try to track my order the good old HTTP 404 error comes up. Does this mean it cant be tracked because its so tantalisingly close, or doe sit mean its spontaneouslly combusted on the way from luxembourg?

It doesn't have anything to do with your shipping. If you want to know, call the shipper .

Something happened with there server, if I had to guess.

Haha. They're probably just upgrading/maintaining something server side. Check back later and all should be OK!
Waiting for a Mac has to be the most difficult thing ever... I cannot tell you how many times I checked that tracker before taking receipt of my G5 back in the spring. For 3 weeks I could think of nothing else.

This happened to me too and I was wondering what happened.

Apparently shipped means "on it's way"

It may not actually show up in the tracking system until it's received at the
hub and scanned into the system.
