When your computers has shipped, click on the tracking link and their will be a number and then the number labelled "our delivery reference number". It should begin with 80, type this into apecode tracking and it will tell you where your mac is!
Bit of guidance though, the ETI is the date it is expected to get to a holding place, so for example my ETI was at Netherlands, it should then take between 1-3 working days after this.
Anymore questions and the apecode has its own mini forum which can be quite helpful.

Is that only for TNT? I click the link and it just opens fedex tracking page and it doesn't start with 80

i am unsure but mine came via UPS (i'm in the UK), maybe it ships by a different company and therefore it may not be trackable by apecode (unsure, just a guess).
Although was yours a custom build or stock because if it is stock then it is likely to be in your country already and will not have to come from Shanghai and therefore will not need to be tracked.
Sorry i can't help but i only have my experiences to go on, maytbe someone else may be in a similar situation and know why.
