Huawei P10

Yeah blue looks nice to me too. Not sure on the green, it's looks maybe too gaudy, but could possibly be really nice in person.

I like the green because I have the feeling of "been there, done that" with the blue Note 7, and pink is pretty but I had a rose gold iPhone 6sPlus for a year. Green is a color I've not even seen in America yet. However, I do like that the blue phone has the black bezels and I wish the green one did, as well.

I'd be so surprised if America gets anything other than the usual grey, black and silver, though.

My husband got interested in the Mate 9 and asked me if I knew anything. I checked out some you tube videos in just the Mate 9. I don't know anything about Huawei phones. What's the difference between the P product line and the Mate product line?

Owning a P9 I would be in, by far best smart phone I've ever owned, liking the blue & green versions. My own P9 (4Gb RAM, 64Gb storage) simply fly's no complaints at all, well recommended.

Wow that's impressive because the Mate9 gets a lot of praise from what I've seen and does pretty well against the big name flagships. I know the display isn't as impressive as those on the top of the line Galaxies but it's said to be very good. I look forward to seeing what this P10 has to offer.

Yeah it's got a "me, too" look about it. I'm personally more drawn to the looks of the Mate 9. But I think performance and features take priority.

I am interested in the possibility of running Alexa on a phone.

I just went through the following struggle with Siri. I just wanted to know what the weather for tomorrow would be. "Hey Siri, what's the weather tomorrow?" I spoke in clear unaccented English that would do a newscaster proud.

I ask this of Alexa all the time with no problems. Siri used to be helpful too. Now she's hard of hearing and senile.






She finally got me on the third try after I shouted my request.

The funny thing is she answered the same question just fine a few days ago while in a folio case with the lid closed and the mic facing outward in my front pocket.

I don't know if the mic on the iPhone 7s are muffled due to waterproofing. My dad complains he can't hear me when I call him on my iPhone 7. He says I sound like I'm muffled. I have to call him on my S7 or HTC 10 so he won't spend half the conversation complaining like the curmudgeon he is.

I'm just grateful I've got two phone lines and can use either iPhone or Android according to my needs. Someday I would like to go back to one phone, but for now the experiments continue because no one manufacturer gives me everything I really want in one package. Maybe they never will.

I honestly don't mind top and bottom bezels on my devices. It helps me hold my device whilst watching Netflix or Amazon Prime in bed.

I need them to hold the phone steady for taking pictures and videos.

But like a lot of people, I'm not keen on the looks of bezels. I think that's why I'm starting to favor phones with black bezels blending into black chassis.
