HUD with black corners?

I just did a clean install of yosemite on my RMBP. I came from yosemite PB. Then after i updated, the black corners started to show. I didn't have this issue before, only now. Check out the pics. any one else with the same issue? any one have a solution?

I think it's a known issue if you have reduced transparency switched on
