Hulu video - random pixelation, flash plugin issue?

When I watch Hulu, nearly 1 time per episode, the video randomly goes from crystal clear (well as clear as Hulu's pathetic 720p gets you) to this hot mess shown below (audio still plays and sounds normal). The problem generally resolves when I refresh the webpage. Does this ever happen to anyone else? I cannot for the life of me figure out what the problem is. I am running the latest Adobe Flash player (happened on previous versions as well), the latest Safari (could it be AdBlock related?), and 10.8.3 on a rMBP.

Yes, this happens to me as well and it's a new 2013 15 inch Macbook Pro.

Nope. Happened to me again yesterday

This issue is still occurring on Yosemite with the latest flash player plugin.
