I actually dislike Crash...

The lag is horrible. For me its pretty much unplayable and after 15 minutes I really didn't feel like playing it anymore. Monkey Ball was realllly smooth in frame rate, but crash is just very choppy. I don't understand why everyone loves it so much. The space map is especially slow while some of the others are a bit more smooth.

Most people hate SMB and love Crash, I love SMB and think Crash is ok.

I love both of them. I completely disagree, Crash is still very playabe when it lags, and it really doesn't lag all that much.

I haven't bought it because I played a PS1 Crash title and realized then that it was just Sony trying to have a Mario character for it's game line. It REALLY sucked after I had played Mario Kart 64.

Right now, I just don't want to buy too many apps at once. I would love to put about 6 more games on my iPhone right now, but I don't want to fork out $40-60.

So true!! As for the app, it doesn't really lag for me, although SMB does seem a bit smoother and refined by comparison. I like it better than Cro-Mag Rally.

Exactly my experience. I still prefer to play Crash though.

I really like playing Crash. I didn't get SMB. I think Crash has a lot of replay value and there is no better racing game out (I didn't really like Cro-Mag in the Apple store). So I don't see a reason to compare it to Mario Kart. I'm not going to sit at home and play it when I have my Wii and 360's in front of me, but when I'm on the go and bored... Yea.

The Cronenberg version was fantastic, the one that came out after that was typical.
