I am adding an additional Drive ! Help!

So i bought a new seagte 750GB Hard drive, and i installed it in the bay...now what do i need to do? Do i need to format or partition or something else?

I looked into the partition option of disk utility, and it asks how many partitions ( i think i need one since i will be using it mnostly to store videos, images, files) and under format it gives me a few options which i dont know which I need to pick.

Can anyone tell me what to do?

Just use Erase (Single partition), Format "Mac OS Extended"

Thanks....but there are 4 different option for extended (Journaled, extended, Case sensitive journaled, or case sensitive). Which one?

Journaled is the normal default I think
