I read about a hack where you could run games without the install disk in your machine. I would like to play Tiger Woods on the road but not have to bring the disc. Does anyone know what program this is? Thanks for any help.

If you insert the cd into your computer, you can make a disk image and then run it off of that.

Don't use this to pirate programs, however. It's illegal.

So I went into disk utilities and then created a new dmg, actually I am doing it right now, and then I can use that to run the game? Thanks for the help!:D

Yup, that should do it.

Silly, but related question that I have been meaning to ask. Will Blizzard games like Diablo 2, etc let you make a DMG of them so that you can just mount the image so that the game will start?

I have my discs and everything, but a few of them are on their last legs and don't always like to let me load the game

If you make a DMG and then drag the files from the CD onto the DMG, then mount the DMG, it will act just like a CD in the drive.
